nupk Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "nupk", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the nupk platform accessible at nupk.io and all related subdomains.
• "Platform" means the nupk website, mobile-optimised web application, and all content, features, tools, games, and services made available through nupk.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-spin equivalent credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a nupk promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under the nupk anti-money-laundering and player protection policy.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, denoted by the ৳ symbol.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful or restricted.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the nupk registration process, by depositing funds into your Account, by placing any bet or wager, or by using any feature of the Platform in any manner, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions;
• You agree to be bound by the nupk Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You agree to be bound by the nupk Responsible Gaming Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms you are doing so both on your own behalf and on behalf of that person.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and nupk with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and nupk relating to the same subject matter.

Section 3

Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the nupk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. nupk strictly prohibits access to minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age requirements cannot be confirmed.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be under any legal disability or subject to any court order that restricts your ability to enter into this agreement.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or externally imposed exclusion from gambling services.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or previously closed nupk Account. Opening multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
• Own Funds: You must be gambling with funds that belong entirely to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. You must not use funds that are subject to any charge, lien, or encumbrance.

nupk reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an Account at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that any eligibility condition has not been or is no longer being met.

Section 4

Account Registration

To access the full features of the nupk Platform, you must complete the Account registration process accurately and in full. During registration you will be required to provide, at a minimum, a valid username, password, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, and full legal name. You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. If any of your details change — including your email address, mobile number, or payment method details — you must update your Account profile promptly. nupk accepts no liability for communications or transactions that fail because your registered contact details are out of date.

One Account per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the nupk Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, nupk reserves the right to close all such accounts, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

nupk reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for refusal.

Section 5

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your nupk Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify nupk immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or have reason to suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, or that any fraudulent transaction has been made using your Account.

nupk will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from nupk that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

nupk accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, or from your disclosure of credentials to any third party. Any activity carried out through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — remains your responsibility until you report a security breach to nupk and we take action to suspend the Account.

Section 6

Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our anti-money-laundering policy and player protection obligations, nupk may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at the point of registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any time thereafter.

KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the past 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account in your name, or bank statement);
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, where required for enhanced verification.

All documents must be clearly legible, in your legal name, and must match the name and details registered on your nupk Account. nupk may reject documents that are blurred, incomplete, expired, or otherwise insufficient.

Withdrawal hold: nupk reserves the right to place a hold on any pending withdrawal until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Withdrawals will not be processed to unverified accounts. Verification processing typically takes 1–3 business days from the date of document submission, subject to document quality and completeness.

Section 7

Deposits

All deposits to your nupk Account must be made using one of the payment methods currently supported by the Platform. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer, subject to availability at the time of your transaction.

The following deposit conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: As displayed on the cashier page for each payment method. Limits may vary by method and account verification level.
• Currency: All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nupk does not accept deposits in foreign currency.
• Own funds: You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing third-party funds on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• No credit: nupk does not accept deposits made using credit facilities. You must only deposit funds from a debit account, mobile financial service account, or bank account in your own name.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your nupk Account within 1–5 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer subject to the processing schedule of your bank.

nupk reserves the right to reverse any deposit that is identified as fraudulent, made from a third-party account, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating payment account, less any applicable processing fees.

Section 8

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC requirement: Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Same-method policy: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account that was used to make the most recent deposit. This policy is in place for your security and to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: As displayed on the cashier page. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification level and transaction history.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 1–4 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Funds are typically received by the player within 1–2 hours after approval, subject to the processing time of the receiving payment provider.
• Wagering requirements: Any portion of your Balance that is subject to an active wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Verification of winnings: nupk reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of any winnings before processing a withdrawal. We may request additional documentation where unusual wagering patterns are identified.

nupk accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing caused by technical issues at the receiving payment provider, incomplete KYC documentation, or bank processing schedules outside our control.

Section 9

Bonuses & Promotions

nupk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion — including the bonus amount, eligible games, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, maximum bet while bonus is active, and expiry date — are set out in the individual promotion page for that offer.

The following general bonus rules apply to all nupk promotions unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Real-money funds in your Balance are not subject to wagering requirements.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and virtual sports may contribute a lower percentage, as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Maximum bet: While bonus funds are active, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or per round as stated in the individual promotion. Bets in excess of this limit will void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• One active bonus: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may cause the previous bonus to be forfeited.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible verified players only. nupk reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Abuse: Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of low-risk offsetting bets, exploitation of promotion mechanics, or use of automated software — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, forfeiture of any winnings derived from the bonus, and may result in permanent account suspension.

Section 10

Betting & Game Rules

By placing any bet or wager on the nupk Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Game rules: Each game on the Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a bet.
• Finality of results: Once a bet has been accepted and the game has concluded, the result is final. nupk will not reverse or void bets based on a Player's dissatisfaction with the outcome.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, nupk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. We will not be liable for any additional compensation in respect of such technical errors.
• Sports betting odds: Odds on sports betting markets are set by nupk and may change up to the moment a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to your wager.
• Bet limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games, as displayed within the game interface or betting market. nupk reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable to any Player on any single bet.
• Live betting: In-play / live betting markets may be suspended or settled early at nupk's discretion based on the progress of the relevant event. Bets placed after an event has concluded or after a significant event has occurred (e.g., a wicket or goal) may be voided.
• Game provider rules: Games supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi are subject to the rules set by those providers. In the event of a conflict between a provider's game rules and these Terms, the provider's game rules will take precedence in respect of that specific game.

Section 11

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nupk Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or funds without their explicit written consent;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful means;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any financial crime;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Platform in a manner that is not permitted;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game or feature of the Platform;
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to manipulate game outcomes or claim bonuses;
• Any form of cheating, match-fixing, or corruption in relation to any sports event on which nupk offers betting markets;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward nupk staff or other Players;
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, geo-restriction, or access control implemented on the Platform.

Where nupk identifies any prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account concerned, forfeit any Balance and Bonus Funds held in the Account, void any pending or settled bets, recover any winnings paid out in connection with the prohibited conduct, and refer the matter to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

Section 12

Responsible Gaming

nupk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem, and we take our responsibility to those players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered nupk Players free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined time period. Once your loss limit is reached, betting access is suspended for the remainder of that period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for any individual gaming session. You will receive a warning when your session limit is approaching and will be logged out automatically when it is reached.
• Cooling-off period: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Section 13

Intellectual Property

All content on the nupk Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, logos, icons, text, game content, and audio-visual material — is the intellectual property of nupk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without nupk's prior written consent;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on any Platform content.

The nupk name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of nupk. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Section 14

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nupk shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, regardless of whether nupk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

nupk's total cumulative liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nupk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended for maintenance, technical upgrades, or other operational reasons, and nupk will not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods of unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude nupk's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Section 15

Privacy & Data Protection

nupk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the nupk Privacy Policy in its entirety.

We collect personal data that you provide during registration and KYC verification, as well as data generated by your use of the Platform (including transaction history, game activity, and device and connection information). This data is used to operate and improve the Platform, to verify your identity, to process payments, to detect and prevent fraud, and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

nupk will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification services), subject to confidentiality agreements. Section 16

Amendments to These Terms

nupk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, nupk will provide advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform and/or by sending an email notification to the address registered on your Account. The effective date of any updated Terms will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account and the withdrawal of any remaining Balance before the effective date of the amendment.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. nupk recommends that you review these Terms at least once every three months to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

Section 17

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and nupk arising from your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process within 30 days of your initial complaint, you may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures. nupk is committed to engaging constructively and in good faith in any dispute resolution process.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is reasonably necessary to protect the interests of that party pending the resolution of a dispute.
